Nothing. Wasn't even good value for money, it is expensive for what it is.
Everything. I was happy the sheets were clean.
Friendly staff. Free public parking behind the hotel. Swimming pool downstairs (unfortunately as everything there old and used).
Everything is very old (from 60s or 70s) and very used. Wifi works only downstairs near the lobby (you seat there as an idiot among other idiots, who will get internet). If you want to visit dead see, keep in mind that the dead see level is approx -400 meters. At the same time Arad is located at approx. +500 meters over the see. The road is a slalom skiing really :).
I stayed at the hotel off-season, not many people were in the hotel, it could explain why they had no hot water and my friends and I couldn't take showers. The front desk was keen on charging me extra local taxes even though I'm not an Israeli, paying for a small three star hotel room in the middle of nowhere, what I paid for a 4 star hotel rooms in top European locations. Although the breakfast buffet was fairly good, I can not recommend this hotel to anybody because it missed the basics of what makes a hotel room comfortable and customers feel appreciated.
